Tired of the heavy steering effort on your Ski-Doo Gen5 Summit or Freeride? Want a more nimble feel on more set-up snow, but without sacrificing performance in the steep and deep?

Introducing the IceAge ADAPT rail package for all Ski-Doo Gen5 Summit and Freeride models 2023-current. All of the proven strength and reliability of IceAge rails, with even more added performance and adjustability.

With 2 positions adjustable for the front track shock - you can dial in your desired handling feel - whether that is nimble in firmer snow, or more planted in deeper snow.

Rail positions are labeled are as follows:

P1:  Less steering effort and a more playful setup, makes your sled more sensitive to rider input, reduces ski pressure, and ultimately make the sled feel more nimble. 

P2: More ski pressure for steep and deep terrain for ultimate climbing performance. 

On top of this killer adjustability - this is rail cut for a 9-in rear wheel size right out of the box for lengths 154 and longer - no additional axle required. With the included Hellfire 9-in wheels found in this bundle, you can use a straight axle for less complexity and more strength. The larger wheel size will also make your sled gain track speed faster, more efficiently, and the big 9" wheel will make it feel more stable while in a wheelie position. 

All ADAPT rail bundles come with our ultralight rail brace. This is something we recommend for all of our SkiDoo customers that helps to make your rail even stronger - fixing the biggest weak point found in the Gen5 Summit / Freeride skid right around the rear bumpstop.

Included is our ADAPT-rail specific limiter strap - this allows you to maintain full functionality of your factory tunnel-adjustable limiter strap. 

If you don't have the externally adjustable limiter strap, we have a separate limiter strap available as well for that application.

Arm spacing is the same for 146-175" summit and freeride models, so you can stretch or shorten your sled either direction.

PLEASE AVOID POWDERCOATING OR OTHER COATINGS THAT REQUIRE A BAKE PROCESS - THIS REMOVES THE TEMPER FROM OUR RAILS, WEAKENING THEM SIGNIFICANTLY AND VOIDING ALL WARRANTIES

DESIGNED FOR ICEAGE RAILS  - WILL NOT FIT STOCK RAILS

Made out of 7000 series aluminum, our Ultralight Rail Brace Kit increases strength at the rear bump stop section of the rails. This is a must have for Ski-Doo Gen5, Gen4, and XM snowmobiles that are frequently being jumped, are under high load impact, or if you want added strength for peace of mind! The kit includes 2 stiffener plates and hardware for mounting.

IceAge rails for Gen5, Gen4, and XM are all pre drilled to accept the Ultralight Rail Brace. Other models are not directly compatible and may require drilling. Will not work on Polaris RMK Pro, RMK Khaos machines.
