The all new FOX QSE shock kits are the lightest, most advanced and highest performing shocks in their class.
TECHNOLOGY:
- FOX "Lockout" is the industries only rear track shock featuring full "Lockout" technology to control your snowmobiles transfer and ski lift. Now available in the QSE variant, a single wire controls the rear track shock and a button mounted on the handlebar allows you to actuate the "Lockout" position while stationary or underway. When the "Lockout" is engaged you'll see more forward momentum for climbing and deep snow conditions to get up on top of the snow. This is ideal for having the best of both worlds...turn "Lockout" off and enjoy normal riding, plush ride, and a playful snowmobile. Note, when "Lockout" is OFF it's similar to the position-1 soft on a QS3.
- QS3 front track shock on the QSE kit is a manual knob that controls the compression with a 3-position clicker (soft, medium, hard). The large knob on the front track shock is easy to adjust with clearly labeled 3-positions that you can actually feel and see what position you are in. Easy to adjust with gloves on!
- "Rifle Bore Grooves" are incorporated into the main ride zone of the shock (top 70%) for a superior plush ride by allowing fluid to bypass the piston. Then the (bottom 30%) of the shock these "Rifle Bore Grooves" are eliminated to increase bottoming resistance.
- Lightweight! This current generation of FOX suspension is the lightest version all while outperforming the competition. From the design of the shock to materials used, every component was thoughtfully considered with the weight in mind.
- FLOAT adjustability allows you to dial in your suspension even further. Air down for plushness or increase pressure for big hits or heavier gear and rider weight. FLOAT shocks also come with an air pump to set air pressure to included settings based on rider weight and riding style so you can set and forget.
- COIL simplicity...has a simple to use plastic spring collar to adjust your spring preload. Why plastic? It's much easier to spin plastic on the shock body and the spring tension keep pressure on the collar to prevent movement.

"Big Bore Basevalve" located on the front track shock is separate from the external reservoir. This controls fluid flow within the shock. It makes the shock feel more progressive throughout the stroke to consistently adapts to different conditions based on how fast or slow the shock is traveling through the stroke.
- EVOL chamber on select FLOAT shocks make for an incredibly progressive feel. FLOAT shocks naturally ramp up in spring rate as they compress and when combined with the separate EVOL chamber it will have additional bottom out resistance. This means a plush compliant ride over the bumps and ruts while soaking up the biggest jumps and drops with even more bottoming resistance.
- Easy to install! One wire between the handlebar and shock means less time installing and more time riding. A true plug-and-play system using the OEM accessory plug.

NOTE: These skid shocks are specific to the new Gen5 Summit skid and are not backwards compatible with the Gen4 Summit skid.

- If you live in Canada or the EU:
- Well, this is a tricky one to answer definitively... We have seen orders fly through customs in a matter of hours and we have seen orders sit in customs for nearly 2 weeks--and we have absolutely no control over this. We have an international customs broker that handles the exporting process but ultimately it is in the hands of your respective governments.
- UPS Worldwide expedited costs more but does speed up the entire process.
Do you ship via the US Postal Service?
- We have had acceptable success with the postal service as of late and for our international customers we can offer postal shipping to help save on duties and shipping costs. It is not active on the website for all applications or countries. But if you give us a call, or send in an email, and we can get you taken care of.
I don't live in the United States, will you put a lower price on the commercial invoice paperwork to save me on paying taxes and other government imposed fees?
- NO. This is wrong on 2 levels:
- Truth--we will not lie to benefit ourselves, we will not lie for you either.
- Honesty--it is still wrong to steal from a government just because they are stealing from you.
How much will it cost to ship my order?
- Easy: populate your shopping cart, then fill out the information in the "Estimate Shipping and Tax". Bob's your uncle.
- Please note that only MN residents are charged sales tax.
- For Canadian and other international orders, please note that the estimator is for shipping only, brokerage fees, duties, and/or your country's taxes are not included in the estimation.
What other costs am I the customer responsible for besides shipping when the order is going to Canada or internationally?
- Possible additional charges include:
- Brokerage fees--fees imposed by the broker who handles the transaction across international lines. This service is usually provided by UPS or FedEx and they have to cover their costs for the additional paperwork, etc...
- Duties--fees imposed by your government for buying something outside of your country.
- Taxes--speaks for itself...a general rule of thumb is the bigger your government, the larger the taxes will be.
