What happens when you combine the lightest mountain chassis on the market with our #MTNproven ELEVATE geometry? You own the mountain. Over 2 years of extensive development has produced the ultimate in technical terrain performance. In tight terrain, ELEVATE for Polaris easily dispenses all challenges, and dominates all challengers.

NEW LIGHTWEIGHT VERSION IS EVEN LIGHTER THAN STOCK SPINDLES, EVEN WITH INCREASED HEIGHT ELEVATE GEOMETRY

Introducing the NEW Lightweight ELEVATE spindles for Polaris Matryx and Axys sleds! Forged aluminum construction maintains high strength while weighing even less than stock spindles. Lightweight ELEVATE is equipped with machined pockets that pass all the way through the spindle to shed 21% more weight than the existing design. Experience all the benefits of ELEVATE geometry with none of the weight penalty.

-Lighter than stock!

-Added 1” of additional ground clearance

-Increased maneuverability

-Higher COG

-More accuracy in technical terrain

Existing design will still be available as the “Bomber ELEVATE” for Polaris.

SPINDLES ARE SOLD AS A PAIR

The extended ELEVATE spindle lifts your sled out of the snow for a lighter and more effortless riding feel. This reduction in drag allows your RMK to be more predictable, precise, and less fatiguing. This upgrade is especially noticeable when sidehilling in technical riding situations. Each spindle is forged and then CNC machined out of solid 6061-series aluminum, allowing us to create an extremely strong part that is still comparable in weight to the stock spindles. Bring ELEVATE to your Polaris, and experience the best deep-snow handling upgrade on the market.

 Rail Tech:

We designed and refined the ELEVATE Polaris geometry to work specifically with the more aggressive Khaos-profile rail. This rail is an excellent upgrade for anyone with a regular RMK-profile rail, as its geometry shifts the overall weight distribution in the skid further forwards towards the front track shock. This results in a much more dynamic, playful, and lightweight feel from your skid. This foundation of improved rail geometry is what allows the full ELEVATE Polaris geometry to work so effectively.

  • Reduced Panel and chassis drag.
  • Lighter and less fatiguing to ride.
  • More precise sidehills.
  • Make 'paneling out' virtually impossible.

All kits are compatible with factory Polaris front end parts, and no modifications are required to your bulkhead to achieve the ELEVATE geometry.

Spindles are 1" taller then the OEM.

A Complete Balanced Handling Package:

What makes the IceAge Elevate kits different?  We take the time to balance the lift of these spindles into a complete handling solution. For sleds with RMK-length track shocks, this means dropping the front skid arm into the pre-punched (but not always pre-drilled) hole in your tunnel. This geometry change requires an upgrade to khaos-profile rails to avoid dangerous track stabbing. This reduces steering effort and provides a balanced handling feel in between a factory RMK and a Khaos in terms of transfer. See fitment guide below to find your package.

How long will it take for my order to get to me once it ships?

  • If you live in the USA, standard UPS/FedEx delivery times apply:
    1. Ground = See Chart below
    2. 3-day, 2-day, and Next Day speak for themselves.
  • If you live in Canada or the EU:
  1. Well, this is a tricky one to answer definitively...  We have seen orders fly through customs in a matter of hours and we have seen orders sit in customs for nearly 2 weeks--and we have absolutely no control over this.  We have an international customs broker that handles the exporting process but ultimately it is in the hands of your respective governments.
  2. UPS Worldwide expedited costs more but does speed up the entire process.

Do you ship via the US Postal Service?

  • We have had acceptable success with the postal service as of late and for our international customers we can offer postal shipping to help save on duties and shipping costs. It is not active on the website for all applications or countries. But if you give us a call, or send in an email, and we can get you taken care of.

I don't live in the United States, will you put a lower price on the commercial invoice paperwork to save me on paying taxes and other government imposed fees?

  • NO.  This is wrong on 2 levels:
  1. Truth--we will not lie to benefit ourselves, we will not lie for you either.
  2. Honesty--it is still wrong to steal from a government just because they are stealing from you.

How much will it cost to ship my order?

  • Easy:  populate your shopping cart, then fill out the information in the "Estimate Shipping and Tax".  Bob's your uncle.
  • Please note that only MN residents are charged sales tax.
  • For Canadian and other international orders, please note that the estimator is for shipping only, brokerage fees, duties, and/or your country's taxes are not included in the estimation.

What other costs am I the customer responsible for besides shipping when the order is going to Canada or internationally?

  • Possible additional charges include:
  1. Brokerage fees--fees imposed by the broker who handles the transaction across international lines.  This service is usually provided by UPS or FedEx and they have to cover their costs for the additional paperwork, etc...
  2. Duties--fees imposed by your government for buying something outside of your country.
  3. Taxes--speaks for itself...a general rule of thumb is the bigger your government, the larger the taxes will be.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, that is correct - either arm mounting hole works - most will run it in the arm dropped (lowered) position for non-turbo sleds, or in the upper hole for boost sleds.
Limiter strap effective length is unaffected by hole mounting position for the front arm - we generally recommend starting out in the middle position (similar to factory khaos) but you can run the limiter strap in any of the 3 length settings in either arm position - we do not recommend the shortest position in combination with the un-dropped arm and our ELEVATE spindles, as ski pressure is high.
