Return Policy
We are quite confident that you will love our products, but should you find yourself in need of returning product, here are the stipulations:
- Any stock item can be returned within 30 days of purchase if it has not been installed and/or used
- A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returned items
- Custom items are NOT returnable
- Return shipping is payable by the customer
- Refunds are given as credit on the original payment method when we receive the product back in original condition
- Returns should be sent back in original packaging if possible
- Damaged or modified products will not be accepted
- Please follow the RMA process below
Return Material Authorization (RMA) Process
No product may be returned directly to IceAge without first contacting IceAge for a Return Material Authorization ("RMA") number. If it is determined that the product may be defective or you want to return the unused product[s] within 30 days, you will be given an RMA number and instructions for product return. An unauthorized return, i.e. one for which an RMA number has not been issued, will be returned to you at your expense. Authorized returns are to be shipped prepaid and insured to the address on the RMA in an approved shipping container. Your original box and packaging materials should be kept for storing or shipping your product. To request an RMA, please call 877-5-ICEAGE.
