Replacement slide rails for your LYNX Shredder snowmobile suspension 2023+

Designed and machined from 7000 series aluminum with special attention paid to cutout design and location to create a stronger, more durable rail package then OEM.

Bomber rails have fewer cut outs to create a much stronger, more durable rail that can withstand substantial abuse in the backcountry.

 

Stock rail stiffeners will need to be modified (milled) if you wish to retain them - or for an ever better stiffener for placement behind the rear torque arm for 154/3900 or longer sleds, we recommend our X - BRACE

Axys/ Universal Anti-Stab Wheel Kit

Anti-Stab wheel kits are made for those running Extrovert/Anti-ratcheting drivers. Also a great option for Gen4 Ski Doo owners looking to replace the brittle rubber stock wheels located at the rail tip and/or where models equipped with adjustable limiter strap are behind the front track shock.

For Matryx snowmobiles equipped with a factory anti-stab wheel kits, or for IceAge Matryx rails,  you will need to purchase our Matryx specific anti-stab kit HERE

  • Keep your rail tips from pushing through track windows
  • Fully billet design, 6061 Wheels, 7075 shafts
  • Can double as a limiter strap shaft for a single or double limiter strap setup
  • Can also be used as a standalone shaft on the very front of your rails
  • Removal of your rail caps and some rail material may be necessary for this install
  • Kit can be used as a cross shaft with bogie wheels to add strength and reduce hyfax wear

Large rear idler wheels means less rolling resistance, easier backing up and increased top end track speed. Our wheels and axle are simple, strong and ready for any abuse you can throw at it. All Big Wheels Kits come with our HELLFIRE 9" wheels. Our wheels are made out of high-strength aluminum for maximum durability and bearing support, but are equipped with a user-replaceable UHMW plastic outer ring to eliminate icing issues common with full-billet wheels. Available in a variety of anodized finishes including black, blue, red, purple, or raw aluminum.

    A common issue on the Arctic Cat and Yamaha 36" front end equipped sleds is that the steering requires too much effort, and will tire the rider out quickly. In our pursuit of perfecting the Alpha, Ascender, and Sidewinder chassis, we developed this billet aluminum geometry-altering upper A-arm to solve this handling shortcome. By decreasing the caster angle of the front end, we have significantly reduced  the amount of effort required to make every single move on the mountain. In particular, you will notice the sled is much more eager to pivot and turn back uphill with this setup. Stryker "EZ Steer" arms are compatible with ELEVATE spindles AND stock spindles on any 36" front end equipped cat or Yamaha (36" front end was factory equipped from MY2016 to present). Together with our ELEVATE spindle, they can perfect the front end of the Arctic Cat / Yamaha sleds for deep-snow riding, making the sled feel light, nimble, and easy to manage in technical terrain.

    Sold as a pair, individual arms are available as a service part if necessary.

    These arms will re-use your factory rod end/ball joint from original upper A-arm.

      The Chaos Conversion Kit will work on any Matryx or Axys RMK or Khaos (SKS / Assault / Pro RMK / RMK) in 155, 163, and 165 from 2016 - Current. This kit is designed specifically for introvert driver-equipped sleds.

      IceAge Rails

      The rails feature a unique bend profile. The approach is slightly steeper and allows the front of the suspension to be pushed out while maintaining proper tip clearance. This helps to minimize vibration and the chance of "stabbing" a track. All IceAge rails are machined from 7000 series aluminum to provide ultimate strength. Our Classic (lightweight) rail provides an extremely strong beam while maintaining stock-like weight. Our bomber rails are designed to be even stronger; an even more durable rail to withstand the most abusive backcountry riding.

      We have built and tested 146, 155,163, and 165 variations in both coil and air shock configurations, and each is very unique. We have the setup to meet your specific riding needs.       Burandt Series Fox Shocks

      The Burandt Signature series Fox Shocks included in this package are built and specifically tuned for the Khaos suspension geometry. Shock tuning is what ensures the light and playful feel compared to a standard RMK. This package provides a level of comfort and control unmatched in the market. The Quick Switch technology is easy to operate with gloves on, does not ice up, and has simple to understand adjustments. Whether your sled is in the shop or covered in powder, you can easily adjust your suspension to meet the demands of your terrain. The stand out feature on the package is the Lockout rear shock setting. With the flip of the Quick Switch, you can go from a very fun and playful sled to skis locked down in a matter of seconds. This feature gives riders the ability to confidently take on the toughest terrain without worrying about fighting a sled that is "too playful." The shocks offer a large range of adjustments. See the included information from fox in the images to see full features and adjustments for the specific models.

      Longer "Khaos" length limiter strap,

      Adjustable to the shorter "RMK" length using the additional pre-set hole. Also adjustable out even longer than stock "Khaos" length to the "Mega-Khaos" setting for maximum transfer and maximum wheelies.

      This is the only complete aftermarket kit on the market that gives you 100% of the Khaos skid geometry and playful feel without any of the drawbacks. Anything else is a compromise.

      Please complete your bundle in few next steps. You will need one set of rails, one pair of wheels, and one set of skid shocks to complete your Chaos Conversion for Axys. Adjustable IceAge Khaos plus length limiter strap is included at no extra charge with every kit.

      Note: if you are setting up your axys with aftermarket extrovert-style drivers, please purchase a chaos conversion for matryx kit and a matryx anti-stab wheelkit to avoid rails contacting your drivers. You will need two matryx rail tips as well.
